What To Expect
We know going to a new place can be an exciting opportunity, but also a little challenging or overwhelming. A new church can be the same.
We want your experience at Local Church to be a great one.
First things first, our signage will guide you to parking and our team will be ready to wave you into the right doors. When you get inside find a person with the “Ask Me” lanyard and we will take care of you from there.
Service Time: In-Person Sunday 5:00PM

Everything from jeans & t-shirts to ballgowns is great! Regular street clothing is our culture, but if it’s appropriate for casual Friday, it’s great for Local Church!

We provide care items (ear plugs, fidgets, etc.) for ND individuals as well as children’s church. We want individuals and families from the ND community to know they are wanted and welcomed at Local Church.
In early 2026, we’re setting aside a quiet space with sensory bin, weighted blankets and worship livestreaming for instances when our ND friends may experience overstimulation.

We believe that every child needs a church that teaches them about Jesus and lets them have fun in a community of faith. Local Church makes it a priority to provide a safe, kind and fun environment through secure check-in; Bible teaching and engaging activities. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra 10 minutes before service time to get signed in with LC Kids and grab your “pick-up” ticket. Kids 1yo-4yo can check-in and stay. Kids 5yo-12yo will go with you to the Worship Center for music. After music, the LC Kids team will take them to their activity rooms for kid specific fun.

In total a Local Church service is around 90 minutes in length. We begin with the band leading us in songs. Lyrics are shown on the screens, so you can sing along or participate as much as you’re comfortable. In addition to music, there will be a message shared that points us all to Jesus and living for Him here on Earth.
Where are Local Church services held?
Local Church meets at 4309 Main Street, Rowlett, TX 75088 in the East auditorium of the Restoration Church campus.
